"Fantastic spot and a gracious host! Even though it’s just off the highway, the property is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful forest of pines on three sides—so serene and quiet.

The home had everything we needed—kitchen essentials like spices, cooking oil, ziplocks, coffee & tea, plus thoughtful extras like a basket of beach towels, yard games, water toys for the kids, and box fans in the bedrooms. Meagan truly thought of everything!

If you’re into rock-hunting, don’t miss Crystal Gardens! We spent an hour just exploring the rock shop—and the greenhouse and antique store looked amazing too.

The location couldn’t be better—right between Traverse City and Frankfort, which made it easy to explore both areas.

"Amazing location for our trip to Frankfort! We were just a five-minute drive from Frankfort Beach and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every night.

Situated just off the scenic M-22, it was the perfect home base for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, and beyond.

"Very nice house! It was super clean and well-stocked, especially for outdoor fun—there were games, plenty of seating, and even a kids’ picnic table and chairs!

The water access was just a couple minutes away, which was great—though the beach area wasn’t very large for little ones. Still, we had a great time.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back!"

"The perfect spot for our family of three! Just a two-minute walk to a beautiful private beach on East Bay (just a heads-up: the pool isn't included).

It’s a quick drive to Traverse City and under an hour to Sleeping Bear Dunes—such a great location!

Meg’s place was clean, comfy, and had all the basics we needed. Both beds were super comfortable—including the pull-out couch mattress, which I tested while snuggling my little one to sleep :)

We’d absolutely stay again and definitely recommend it to others!"

"My friends and I had an amazing time staying at Meagan’s place over the weekend! The home was super cute and looked exactly like the photos.

The location was perfect—everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. We had a minor issue with the water temperature, but Meagan responded quickly and helped us out right away.
